I get to meet someone who feels numb and unhappy about her birthday. seems like I have found a cohort in crime *grins* . "It is a phase that would eventually pass...." was what a friend said to me last year when I was devoid of joy, gratitude, and appreciation during my birthday last year.

I should say that to you too dear, but I might be wrong. But, regardless of being wrong or right, I will say that this phase will eventually pass.
